Friends of Yaquina Lighthouses’ goal is to maintain and preserve Newport’s lighthouses, and to aid in the conservation of their surrounding natural areas. We aid in the educational, interpretive, maintenance and operations programs at Yaquina Head Outstanding Natural Area (YHONA) through our motto of: Conservation through Preservation, Education and Appreciation. We could really use your help!
Your support helps us to fund both annual programs and one-time projects such as: the annual Tidepool Guide Leadership program, the Yaquina Head Weather Station and the Yaquina Head Web-Cams, the new screen and projection system for the Yaquina Room Theater project, the restoration of Oregon Silverspot Butterfly habitat, the annual maintenance and planting of the Lightkeeper’s Garden, and so much more. Won’t you consider a donation?
