Yaquina Head Lighthouse Hours
As of March 19th,2020, the Interpretive Center and Gift Shop will be closed due to concerns about the spread of Covid-19. There are no scheduled lighthouse tours. However, entry into the park with all of its gorgeous vistas is still permitted at this time, and is currently free-of-charge. Please call 541-574-3100 for up-to-date information.
Guided Tours: Tours of Yaquina Head Lighthouse are currently being offered only as staffing allows. Daily tour times will be posted in the Interpretive Center which opens at 10:00 am. Space is limited and tickets are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Places on the tour are reserved in person, on the day of the tour, at the interpretive center. A small amount of tours are available during the summer months for prior reservation at www.recreation.gov. Visitors must sign up and get a tour pass at the interpretive center prior to arriving at the lighthouse – we suggest signing up early in the day.
Yaquina Head Interpretive Center & Interpretive Store Hours: Opens at 10:00 AM and Closes at 4:00 PM, Summer (July-ish through Sept.) is 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Yaquina Head Outstanding Natural Area Park Hours: Opens at 8:00 AM and Closes at Sunset each day of the week, Summer may often see the park gates opening at 7:00 AM.
